Brian is a Registered Patent Agent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and has over 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer. He is an inventor on 12 patents in the US, China, and Japan.

As a Patent Agent, Brian assists clients in drafting and filing utility and design patents, prosecuting patent applications, and performing novelty searches, portfolio analysis, and litigation support. Brian has the technical expertise to quickly understand complex inventions, and the legal knowledge to help clients build strong IP portfolios.

Brian received a BSEE degree from Columbia University and an MSEE from the University of Texas at Austin.
