Janet's practice focuses on cross-border transactions, securitization, M&A, trusts, and non-performing assets. She is certified as Legal Professionals in finance, securities, insurance in 2020 by Shanghai Bar Association.

Janet's clients include well-known companies, such as CCB, ABC, GMAC, Haitong Unitrust, CCB Trust, Ping An Trust, Shimao Group, and Greenland Finance Co. As the supervising attorney, she has been providing legal services for over 60 Asset-Backed Securitization projects, the underlying assets in which include real property mortgage loans, non-performing loans, auto loans, consumption loans, finance lease, and factoring. She also provided translations of legal documents for ABS Bond-Connect projects.

Janet received her bachelor's degree from Tongji University and her Master of Laws from the University of Minnesota.
